We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join Stallions Proptech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Lokhandwala Andheri West. This role involves nurturing leads and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching the right product (residential / commercial properties), and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Nuture leads through calls / meeting and help them to select the right property as per the need.
Handle HNI customers and provide them the best possible service.
Relationship building and driving business growth through your network.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Help customers in selecting property as per their requirement and guide them throughout the sales process and ensure effective closure.
Maintain a record of sales activities through our state of art technology platform and ensure timely follow-ups.
Generate leads from the existing customers and work on them.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be minimum 12th Pass and 2 - 6 years of experience in sales with preferably atleast 1 year in Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile.
Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Real Estate Sales, Customer Handling is an added advantage.
English communication will be an added advantage.
