Role - Sourcing Manager

Location - Western Suburbs, Thane

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Channel Partners (CPs) including real estate agencies, brokers, and consultants, and activate them to represent the organization in sourcing properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs to encourage continued collaboration and loyalty.

• Regularly communicate with existing CPs to gather feedback, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.

• Strategize and execute sourcing plans to acquire desirable properties through CP networks.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of CPs in sourcing properties and achieving targets.

• Identify and approach potential CPs through targeted outreach and networking events.

• Maximise foot traffic and site visits generated by CPs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
  2-3 Years of experience in real estate or related field.

• Experience and Channel Partner connects in Western/ Thane Market

• Strong convincing power for negotiating deals and closing transactions.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
