Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (or any regional language relevant to the location).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively.
Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally and maintain client records.
Basic knowledge of real estate products and services is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for data management.
Goal-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines.
Available to work at the Thane location with flexibility for extended hours if required.
