We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details to potential clients, and generating leads.
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Handle inbound queries and provide relevant property details.
Explain real estate projects, offers, and pricing to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and generate qualified leads.
Maintain records of interactions with customers in CRM software.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
