Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele calling, outbound sales, and CRM. This role requires a candidate with prior experience in the Edtech, BPO, Salon, Bar, or Hotel industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and telecalling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities and leads.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

• Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in outbound sales and telecalling.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and customer data.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
