Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

• Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, career sites)

• Actively source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking

• Screen and assess candidates through phone interviews, assessments, and in-person meetings

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams

• Facilitate the offer and negotiation process

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Track and report key recruitment metrics and hiring status
