Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

VRM - Tele caller will be given leads to call from the organization, and they will also have to close the
deal on prospect customers/clients. There will target every month to achieve which is different
designation wise. Candidate is expected to make 120-180 calls per day. Products are related to life
insurance can be in terms of investment, guarantee, protection.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
• Learn details about our product and service offerings
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
• Measure identified KPIs
• Always strive towards meeting sales quota
• Track and document call and sales
Must Criteria:
1. Candidate with Insurance sales experience with 1 Plus years of experience, most preferred wouldbe Life insurance.
2. Tele callers is preferred as the role is of tele calling and sales.
3. Age Limit is 32
4. Gender - Male / Female.
4.Graduation compulsory.
5.No professional gap more than 3 months
6.Excellent communication skills
7.It’s a sale profile, target oriented.
8.Fully vaccinated.
9. Candidate should have stable profile and not frequent job hopper.
Ability to work with computers
