Relationship Manager

Monitor and support team members to improve their sales performance.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to provide guidance, share updates, and address challenges.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents or financial advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance team productivity.
