Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team at HDFC Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through leads and references.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Maintain regular communication with clients for policy updates and renewals.

• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
