Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting life insurance and mutual fund products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand client needs and offer suitable life insurance and mutual fund solutions.

• Explain product features, benefits, and comparison with other options.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Organize client meetings, follow-ups, and after-sales services.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in financial services or sales preferred (Freshers with interest in financial sales are welcome).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of investment and insurance products is a plus.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
