Brief Job Description :
Retail Store Incharge is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store, with a strong emphasis on creating visually appealing merchandise displays and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Managing events, training and relationship with customers (ABs).
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising:
Design and implement compelling visual displays that highlight key products and promotions.
Execute seasonal and thematic displays to attract and engage customers (ABs).
Sales and Customer Experience:
Execute plans to achieve Sales target.
Deliver customer service and maintaining store standards
Train franchise owners and staff,
Able to do cross and up sales,
Track and analyze sales data to evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement,
Prepare and present sales reports and resommendations.
Store Operations:
Supervise daily store operations, as per defined SOPs.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards as per checklist.
Training and Activities Management:
Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, Promotions and customer service.
Followups and relationship building with local ABs.
Manage activities, training & promotional schedules driven from corporate
Support local ABs to drive training plans in WW.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock takes to maintain accuracy.
Coordinate to ensure timely and accurate stock deliveries.

Basic knowledge in MS Office
Analytical and problem- solving.
Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems & basic IT skills.
Educational / Professional Qualification:
Graduation/PG
Work Experience:
2-3 yrs from Retail industry.
Fresher will also work.
Competencies Required:
Customer service expertise.
Ability to work multiple tasks.
Inventory management systems and
Business data understanding.
