Role Overview:

You will manage a portfolio of clients, advising them on premier residential investments from Tier 1 developers. Your role includes handling the sales process, from client consultation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend suitable residential properties based on client needs.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, including site visits and negotiations.

• Stay updated on market trends and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for sales with a target-driven approach.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Real estate knowledge is a plus.
