Job Description:

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and business development. The role involves assisting clients facing issues related to insurance claims, mis-sold policies, and financial disputes with insurance companies, banks, and mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients who need assistance with insurance claim resolutions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Educate clients on their rights and available solutions regarding claim disputes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.

• Achieve assigned targets for client acquisition and case resolutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations related to insurance claims.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation

• 6 Month-2 Years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management (preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• A customer-first approach with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
