Relationship Officer

Job Summary: As an Insurance Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide expert guidance on insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Provide expert advice on insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes.

• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction, identify needs, and address concerns.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure competitive pricing and service offerings.

• Ensure timely and accurate policy renewals, endorsements, and claims handling.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including retention rates and sales targets.

• Resolve client inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

• Stay up-to-date with industry changes and regulations.
