Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Warehousing Dept)
Location:• Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: 25,000- 40,000 INR
Job Type: Full-Time
Warehousing Department experience is required.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients. Help in drafting contracts and sales agreements.
Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Order Processing: Ensure timely processing of client orders and requests, collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for smooth delivery.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, preparing regular reports on sales activities, client status, and pipeline updates.
Coordination: Coordinate between the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory management and fulfillment of client orders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and documentation related to warehousing services.
Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling warehousing services.
Market Research: Support the team by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and tracking industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
2 - 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or support roles, preferably within the warehousing or logistics industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage customer inquiries and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Basic knowledge of warehousing operations and logistics processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
