Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications.
2. Order Processing: Process orders, coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
3. Client Coordination: Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM system, generate sales reports, and provide insights.

6. Market Research: Assist in market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
