Job description

CRM Leads & Assignments: Distribute new leads to the right sales reps, track progress, and maintain lead statuses.

LR & Data Management: Handle Lorry Receipt uploads, data entry, and accurate shipment records.

Logistics Tracking: Monitor deliveries, escalate delays, and update stakeholders on shipment status.

Dispatch & Delay Reports: Generate timely delay reports and drive on-time dispatches.

Excel Reporting: Create and maintain performance dashboards (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) for campaigns, and overall logistics.

KYC Approvals: Oversee KYC document flow & take necessary action against the document.

Customer Feedback Calls: Record feedback in Excel, track satisfaction scores, and support continuous improvement.
