•Job Purpose:•
The Sales Coordinator will support lead generation, order management, and customer database maintenance, ensuring smooth sales operations and timely follow-ups.

•Key Responsibilities:•
- Generate leads via telecalling and inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
- Provide sales data and follow up on sales closures.
- Coordinate orders and ensure stock availability.
- Prepare invoices and coordinate payments with the finance team.
- Oversee dispatch process and follow up on shipment status.
- Maintain daily MIS reports.

•Required Skills:•
- Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Strong coordination, communication, and Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP, Tally, and MS Office.
