Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain sales records, generate reports, and track sales performance.

• Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
