Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

1. Searching new tender (on GEM, procurement and department wise website).
2. To ensure documentation & submission of all offline / online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist
3. Coordinate with OEM for MAF and datasheet of product
4. Coordinate with accounts team for EMD and tender fees pay and internal coordination for the tender’s documents.
5. Submit online/offline tender
6. Prepare and submit shortfall document raised by department.
7. Vender registration on different government portal
8. Upload product on GEM as a OEM panel
9. Prepare comparative other two company’s tender documents.
10. Renew digital signature
