Job Description
Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Preparing quotations, proposals.
Coordinate with the sales team & fixing team to ensure order fulfilment and delivery.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivery on time.
Co-ordinate with Production team for inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts.
Generate regular reports for management to assess sales activities.
Utilize sales / fixing tools and software effectively to streamline sales processes.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective reporting.
