Job Title: Sales Executive cum Collection Coordinator

Location: Wazirpur, Near Shalimar Bagh Metro Station, Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days/Week)
Office Timings: 09:45 AM to 06:45 PM
Salary: Competitive with the market and as per company norms
Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD)
We are looking for a Sales Executive cum Collection Coordinator who can support our sales team and help manage client payments. In this role, you will assist with order processing, documentation, and customer communication, while also following up on payments and maintaining records.
You should be confident, target-driven, and have good communication and problem-solving skills. If you're organised and good at multitasking, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in both sales and coordination.
Sales Coordination
Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and documentation
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment by coordinating with internal departments
Maintain customer records and sales data in the CRM system
Provide product and service information to clients, including availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Track the sales pipeline and share regular updates with the sales team and management.
Collection Management
Monitor pending payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections
Send payment reminders and formal notices when needed
Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
Maintain detailed records of collection activity and generate regular reports
Build positive and professional client relationships to ensure smooth collections
General Coordination
Provide administrative support across sales and collection functions
Help resolve client issues related to invoices, deliveries, or payments
Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and professional email communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of invoicing, collections, and accounting practices
