Contact current and potential clients to share information about products and services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Understand customer needs and work towards closing sales when applicable.
Maintain and update the customer database accurately.
Process customer orders and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve assigned targets (sales or support-related KPIs).
Record all interactions, feedback, and important details properly.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a related field.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets (sales/support KPIs).
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center equipment/software.
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
