Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

> Responsible for research, branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, in-house/online marketing management of tools, promotional collateral and all its back office related work
> Communicating with the target audiences and Coordinating with the customers and maintaining relationships with them
> Coordinating and generating business with the customers through Emails, Calls, etc., all online sources and marketing tools
> Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
> Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalised
> Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any
> Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final destination
> Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions
> Handle and complete any back end related work
