Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing sales data, and tracking customer inquiries.
Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to queries, order follow-ups, and resolution of issues.
Order Processing: Coordinate the processing of orders from customers, ensuring all details are accurate and delivered on time.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain-related issues.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's industrial products and services to effectively assist customers and the sales team
