MIS Administration
• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards as per the company’s requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various databases.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management to improve business operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate relevant data for MIS reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Assist in implementing and upgrading MIS systems as needed.
• Maintain records of all reports, logs, and data for future reference.

Sales Coordination:
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client communications.
• Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring all leads, contacts, and opportunities are tracked.
• Monitor the progress of sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market analysis for the Sales team.
• Ensure sales targets and deadlines are met by assisting in the planning and coordination of sales efforts.
