Job Responsibility:
 Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing
meetings, and preparing sales presentations.
 Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional
customer service.
 Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs.
 Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and records.
 Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.
 Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
 Update and manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
 Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
 Generate reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
