Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Sales Associate who can drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and effectively presenting our interior design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management:

• Generate and qualify new leads through various channels

• Conduct client consultations

• Build and maintain relationships with clients

• Create detailed presentations

• Manage client communications throughout the sales cycle

Sales Process Management:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate sales records and client databases

• Follow up on leads and proposals systematically

• Coordinate with design team for project requirements

• Negotiate and close deals

Technical Requirements:

• Handle product demonstrations and material presentations

• Understand technical specifications of materials and finishes

• Coordinate with the design team for custom requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• 1-2 years of sales experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office 

Personal Qualities:

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Team player with leadership potential
