Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in the sales process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and an interest in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads for real estate sales.
Provide detailed information about available properties, including their features, pricing, and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
Schedule appointments and property viewings as required.
Answer client queries and address their concerns in a timely manner.
Keep track of all calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication methods.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role (experience in real estate is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of real estate market trends.
Knowledge of CRM software (preferably).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
