Sales Co-ordinator

Key Result Areas — Bhoomika — Venue Manager. Wings Sports Arenas R.R Nagar.

Will be responsible to market the R R Nagar venue and other venues to institutions, corporates,

wedding vendors etc.

To build a database and use them to convert them to confirmed business.

To familiarize yourself with the WINGS Sports Arenas venues, offerings and deliverables that

will help in closures

As the venue manager you will operate out of the WINGS Sports Arenas R R Nagar site and

oversee the operations, maintenance & cleanliness of the campus. Your presence at the venue will

be mandatory 6 days a week

Marketing of Ground and Sports Facilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to

promote the ground and sports facilities to potential clients and the local community.

Setup Coordination to oversee the setup of tents for events, ensuring they are correctly installed

and all supplies for the events meet client specifications.

Supply Management for events for Inventory Control, Supplier relations and logistics

Coordination.

Manage the rental process for tents, including booking, inventory management, and client

communication.

Swimming Pool Management, Supervise the daily operations of the swimming pool, ensuring it is

clean, safe, and complies with health regulations.

Police Handling and Security Coordination for permits and approvals, security measures for

events, and implement emergency response plans for events

Vendor Relations management for Sound, light, Furniture, etc for all supplies of events.

Coordination with Head of department with regular updates, challenges and reports on regular

basis.

Finally own the venue as your own. This will help in promoting, maintaining and operating the

facility
