Day to Day Responsibilities
• Person has to manage the existing customers- By Daily callings 15 to 20 calls
• Cold callings for new Leads minimum 25 - 30 calls per day
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationship
• Handling Customer Inquiries and sharing our quotations /RFQ
• Answering client phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to shipping quotes and services.
• Effectively manage meeting appointments for a salesperson
• Taking feedback from clients on RFQ/ quotations
• Price Negiotation with shipping lines and other service providers.
• Support in joint sales calls/ Meetings/ and the customer retention activities.
