Position: Office Coordinator
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9.30 AM-6.30 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Coordinator to assist in managing daily operations, communication, and project support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate between different departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
2. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
3. Handle email communication, documentation, and basic reporting tasks.
4. Assist in project tracking, ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Support in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
6. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
7. Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
8. Assist in event coordination and staff meetings as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
2. 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or support roles.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
