Position: Inside Sales
Location: Plot No. 721, Phase 5, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities: ∙ Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
∙ Engage in meaningful customer conversations.
∙ Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding products, services, and promotions.
∙ Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
∙ Convince customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
∙ Handle calls with confidence and professionalism.
∙ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
∙ Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Desired Skills and Qualifications: ∙ Minimum qualification: 12 th pass.
∙ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∙ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
∙ Ability to speak any regional language (Hindi,Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is preferred.
∙ Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
∙ Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
∙ Motivated by sales incentives and performance-based rewards.
