Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Understand the technical details of our products. Create quotations and coordinate with customers. Process orders and communicate with internal teams. Follow up with customers for feedback. Coordinate across departments for timely product delivery. Payment follow-up with customers. Handling India Mart account, familiar with CRM & ERP software
