ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITES
1. Responsible to report concerned Sales / Branch Manager.
2. Responsible to send daily attendance in time to HO and Ho
coordinator has send to accounts on daily basis.
3. Responsible to extend support to sales team in terms of enquiry
downloading , tele -calling,, appointment fixing, prospect follow up
and tracking, offer follow up and tracking etc.,
4. Responsible for making offers, offer bank, enquiry bank, order bank,
Monthly reports ,weekly report , sales report etc.,
5. Responsible for mailing correspondence to both internal and eternal
to their department.
6. Responsible to maintain all the files registers in the branch office by
branch coordinator and sales coordinator has to maintain all the
sales files and register..
7. Responsible to attend the telephone calls and communicate to the
concerned department head.
8. Branch coordinator responsible for maintaining the branch accounts
and report to BM and forward it to HO accounts for approvals.
9. Branch coordinator to maintain the service complaint registers and
update the same.
10. Branch coordinator is responsible for payment collection and
coordination with sales and service tem
11. Branch coordinator has to fulfill all the necessary office
requirement in terms admin like stationary , cleanliness etc.,
12. Responsible to speak to customer polite and humble way.
13. Responsible to maintain inward and outward letter.
14. Branch coordinator responsible for maintaining the branch sales
file , customer file, offer bank file, accounts book, invoice file, DC book
and acknowledgement file.etc.,
15. Branch coordinator responsible to coordinate with Branch office
to head office in concurrence with BM.
