Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Sales Engineers to understand client requirements and prepare tailored offers. You will be responsible for following up with clients after sending the offer and supporting the Sales Engineers in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to gather and understand client requirements.
Prepare detailed offers and quotations based on client needs and company products.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely feedback and successful deal closure.
Work alongside the Sales Engineers to identify opportunities and generate new business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, offers, and follow-up activities.
Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about our instrumentation products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical) or Diploma in Engineering.
Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in instrumentation or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation products (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred :
Experience in preparing technical offers and quotations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
