This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Work on Company model Franchise Sales.
- Develop and implement strategies for franchise sales and business growth.
- Identifying interested parties, meeting them and convincing them to take franchises.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
- Closing Leads for Franchise Sale, Phone and presentation skills.
- Work with every franchisee partner to ensure that they are running profitable business
Qualification - Any Graduation
Key Skills - Excellent communication in Hindi & English
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have 12th Pass and 1-4 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
