We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties. You will serve as a key representative of our brand and ensure a seamless and professional client experience. Generate and manage sales leads through various channels (calls, referrals, networking, digital platforms, etc.)
Present and promote residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers or tenants
Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters
Negotiate sales, lease agreements, and contracts with clients and stakeholders
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and available properties
Assist clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, deeds, and leasing agreements
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
