Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Executive to join our team. This role bridges the gap between the Sales Head and the Sales Tele callers, providing leadership, data-driven insights, and hands-on client interaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting software demos, and driving sales growth through effective team coordination and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary link between Sales Head and Sales Executives/Telecallers, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.Understand client requirements in depth and translate them into tailored software solutions.Conduct client visits and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.Provide coaching, support, and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with new features and campaigns.Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance metrics.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to onboarding.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).6 months or 1 year of experience in sales analysis, business development, or a client-facing sales role.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and explain software solutions and translate technical concepts into business value.Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce).Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.Preferred Attributes:Experience in SaaS or software sales.Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead and grow with a dynamic sales team.Ongoing training and career development support.Collaborative work culture and supportive leadership.
