Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in the Loans & Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products, including personal loans, home loans, and other financial services. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact leads and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Understand clients' financial needs and suggest the most suitable loan or financial products.
• Follow up on existing leads and close sales.
• Gather necessary documents from clients and ensure the proper paperwork is completed.
• Pick up client files and ensure all documentation is in order.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping clients throughout the loan process.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain and update customer data in the company’s CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new financial products.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in financial services or loans.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of loans and financial products is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
