• Acquire new customers for personal loan products through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.

• Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursal.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal policies while processing loan applications.

• Identify and resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
