Job Description

Key ResponsibiliƟes:1. Doctor Onboarding's Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce them to the health mug plaƞorm.o Explain the features and benefits of the plaƞorm and guide doctors through the registraƟon process.o Ensure successful onboarding by addressing any queries or concerns the doctors mayhave.2. Sales and RelaƟonship Management's Build and maintain posiƟve relaƟonships with doctors.o Promote relevant products and services to doctors to encourage sales.o Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure engagement with theplaƞorm.o Meet sales targets by acƟvely pitching products and services.3. Customer Support:o Provide ongoing support to doctors using the plaƞorm.o Address any technical or service-related queries they might have, ensuring highsaƟsfacƟon.4. ReporƟng and Feedback:o Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and sales acƟviƟes.o Provide regular updates to the management team on performance, doctorengagement, and feedback received.Skills1.
