Sales Executive

·         Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing

·         Assigns duties to relevant employees

·         Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees.

·         Track and manage inventory at store Qualifications

·         Meet sales promises by training, motivating, mentoring sales staff

·         Maintaining the staff grooming & presentation skills

·         Maintain outstanding store setup and visual merchandising standards

·         Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;

·         Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry

·         Is skillful with time management and keeps the team involved during non-rush hours, to
manage the store inventory, displays, customer calling and overall management of store
space.

·         Deliver the highest level of customer experience.

·         Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained and store team is well-groomed
