● Manage the day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
2. Training and Mentoring Key Account Executives (KAE)
● Onboard and train Key Account Executives, ensuring they understand company products, services, and client management processes.
● Develop training materials and conduct regular training sessions to ensure that the KAE team stays updated on best practices and industry trends.
● Monitor performance of KAEs, providing constructive feedback, mentorship, and coaching to improve skills and enhance team productivity.
● Ensure the KAE team is aligned with the company's strategic goals and provide regular performance reviews to help them meet their targets.
3. Client Acquisition and Business Development
● Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and introducing them to Clippet’s offerings.
● Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base, ensuring new clients align with the company’s capabilities and market positioning.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, convert them into clients, and drive overall business growth.
4. Account Growth and Revenue Generation
● Build strong business cases to introduce upsell and cross-sell opportunities, identifying areas where Clippet’s products and services can provide additional value.
● Focus on retaining existing clients by identifying new opportunities to serve them better and increase their spending over time.
● Set annual revenue targets for your assigned accounts and work with the team to meet or exceed those goals.
5. Strategic Account Planning and Reporting
● Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, goals, and detailed execution steps.
● Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on the status of client accounts, including performance metrics, achievements, and challenges.
● Analyse account data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, sharing these insights with both the client and internal teams.
6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
● Take proactive steps to resolve client issues quickly, whether they relate to product issues, project delays, or general dissatisfaction.
● Act as the point of escalation for complex issues and work with internal teams to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the client.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with other departments such as marketing, Design team, and customer support to meet and exceed client needs.
● Participate in strategy sessions with sales and marketing teams to design tailored solutions and marketing campaigns for targeted clients.
8. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
● Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies that could benefit clients or give Clippet a competitive edge.
● Provide feedback to the product and service teams to help refine and improve Clippet’s offerings based on client feedback and competitive analysis
