Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling: Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated with Gurgaon’s real estate trends, property prices,
and market demand.
Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to
ensure the best deals.
Documentation & Legal Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, agreements,
and adherence to legal property procedures.
Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain client
relationships for repeat business.
Collaboration: Work closely with builders, developers, and other real estate
professionals.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Sales & negotiation abilities
Knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Basic understanding of legal documents related to real estate transactions
Qualifications:
Senior Secondary
Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
