Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in the banking and financial services sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell our range of loan products and services. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, providing product information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote loan products and generate interest.
Needs Assessment: Understand and assess customers' financial requirements to recommend suitable loan solutions.
Product Presentation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, terms, interest rates, and repayment plans of various loan products.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and assist with the loan application process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and appropriate product offerings.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Familiarity with banking or financial products, especially loans, is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred
Experience:
0–2 years in sales, telecalling, or customer service roles (Freshers are welcome)
