Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their preferences and requirements.

• Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including design, purity, pricing, and customization options.

• Suggest suitable jewellery pieces based on customer needs, occasion, and budget.

• Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

2. Product Knowledge & Display

• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market prices of gold, diamonds, and gemstones.

• Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery in showcases to enhance the visual appeal.

• Maintain knowledge of various jewellery certifications (e.g., BIS Hallmark, IGI, GIA, SGL).

3. Billing & Documentation

• Process sales transactions accurately through billing systems.

• Handle invoices, receipts, and other necessary paperwork.

• Explain EMI, buyback, and exchange policies to customers.

4. Store Maintenance & Inventory Management

• Keep track of inventory and stock levels, reporting shortages or damaged items.

• Assist in stock audits and regular inventory checks.

• Ensure security and handling of jewellery items with utmost care.

5. Customer Relationship & Follow-ups

• Maintain customer databases and follow up with potential clients for future sales.

• Provide after-sales service, such as resizing, repairs, and special requests.

• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients through personalized service.

6. Sales Targets & Reporting

• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the store manager.

• Stay proactive in understanding competitor strategies and market trends.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
