We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our team at Loanyfy. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, conducting cold calls to attract new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Engagement:

• Provide clear and compelling information about our products and services to generate interest.

• Follow a structured script to enhance customer engagement and improve sales conversions.

• Address customer queries with a customer-first approach, building strong rapport and trust.
  

✅ Sales & Communication:

• Perform cold calling and follow-ups to attract new clients.

• Check in with existing customers to strengthen long-term relationships.

• Record customer details, purchase history, and interactions for future reference.
  

✅ Target Achievement & Compliance:

• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to refine sales strategies.
