Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Sales Executive / Telecaller who can effectively communicate with clients facing loan defaults. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding the legal aspects of loan recovery, and guiding clients towards appropriate repayment or settlement solutions. Basic knowledge of legal procedures related to loan recovery is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call clients with overdue loans and explain their legal obligations

• Guide clients through repayment plans or settlement options

• Handle objections calmly and provide basic legal consultation on loan matters

• Coordinate with the legal team for case escalation if required

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups

• Meet weekly and monthly recovery and conversion targets

• Build trust and maintain a professional rapport with clients under financial stress

Requirements:

• Knowledge of loan processes and basic legal procedures (e.g., loan default, notices, arbitration, NPA handling)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Languages to be known: Tamil,Telegu,Malyalam,English,Hindi

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive conversations

• Familiarity with MS Office
