Sales Executive

[••Hopkid By Little Laugh••] is looking for a professional, target-oriented Sales Executive – Kids Wear Showroom to join their team in Vadodara at Gorwa. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Provide guidance to customers on suitable kids wear based on their needs, size, and preferences.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends in children’s clothing.

• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and merchandised according to visual standards.

• Assist in inventory management – stock counting, tagging, and refilling shelves.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

• Process sales using POS systems and handle cash/online payments accurately.

• Coordinate with the store manager and other team members for smooth store operations.

• Assist during store promotions, events, and visual merchandising setups.
